This is what I see
That's very cool, did you get one with the sun on the horizon?
Man, seems like you were leaving just when it was gettin' good!
great shot
Yup, Sanibel. The sunsets here are the closest I can get to God.
I do have plenty of other images falling over the edge of the horizon, but this
one caught my eye. Thank you.
Interesting picture but few bad elements
The sun is almost dead center.
The foreground looks clipped at the bottom
Your totally right Traveler, I didn't follow the rule of thirds here at all and it is noticeable. Thank you for pointing that out. I appreciate your feedback.
My thoughts on this are that this scene does not require to have a fence a foreground. Actually, I find that fence quite distranctingm more so since the posts only so slightly reach above the horizon line. Something is broken up that should be an intact line ... that is the feeling it gives me. So maybe, instead if only just turning around and capturing the lovely sunset scene that presented itself to you, you might have wanted to retrace your steps a little, walk closer to that fence, and thus eliminate it from your composition.
Well, at least those are my thoughts on this ...
