When will D70 be available?

I've received some advertising from Nikon about the D70, but it doesn't seem to be available right now. I have done a little digging and can't find anything. Does anyone know when it is scheduled to be released?

I am sure they will announce it during the PMA's in February. Feb 12-15th

Check out DPreview.com they have a full preview on it, and its supposed to be out this spring, so my guess would be late march or april.
