Where is Manage Attatchments?

So I'm guessing you have to find a host to link your pictures on this site?
I'm looking for managed attachments so I can load directly from my PC not from a host such as MyFlickr.

Please help!

In order to upload directly to the forum, you have to be a paying member. Otherwise, you'll have to host elsewhere and embed them here using the

I knew there was a catch somewhere. Thanks for responding to my question.
No problem hosting I was just wondering if I was looking right at and missed it.
