IS is not so much of a problem with the 70-200mm range lenses since idealy shooting sports your shutter speed will have to be faster than 1/200sec to eliminate subject motion blur. However I do prefer having IS for those times when I don't have that light or when I am shooting a different subject.

is his shop though if you contact him he can usually get other lenses in stock quickly if they are not listed on his ebay page. You can deal through ebay or outside of ebay (paypal or bank transfer) and its a little cheaper (no ebay fees). He's trustworthy and if you look around most english based sites you will hear good things (my MPE 65mm came from him only the other week).

His lenses are grey import though - which means no UK warrenty, but an international warrenty instead (which canon do honour)
