Most, if not all, of those extras are pretty much garbage, (in my opinion). I suggest you start simply with a camera and lens, then then build your system slowly over time. Your system should be built based upon your photographic experience and the desires which are generated by your experience.

The extra "lenses" included in the kits you linked to are pretty much worthless. If you want a kit with more than one lens that is decent then this is what to look for:

Probably, but after you've gained some experience under your belt ... you may want a better/faster lens than what's in the bundle. Or you may want to shoot non-zoom lens, (which generally are superior optically than a zoom) ... or your experience may dictate an initial desire for a wide angle lens than a telephoto lens. Photography is as much craft as it is a science. As a craft, your hands-on experience is required to formulate and direct your future purchases.

Amazon has that lens for $134.49 ... so you'd lose about $84 waiting ... yeah, I would go for the bundle which includes the 75-300.

Sorry but neither, the T5 has an old sensor on it, about 7 years old, get the Nikon D3300 which cost same but offers a modern sensor, better auto focus, better low light performance, better dynamic range, more resolution, potentially can give sharper images.
As for these painless packages, stay away from them.
Get the camera with a basic kit lens and maybe add an extra telezoom lens like 55-200mm or 55-300mm and a fast prime lens like 50mm 1.8 for low light situations and portraits.

I'd steer clear of the t5 because that processor is outdated. Look at a Nikon D3300 with the expeed 4 or even the 5500 for a little more money.
This one is a bit less expensive than just the camera alone is while it's shown here, not because the extras are worth having.

Don't get the 75-300 !!
instead get the 55-250 STM

sure, Canon will give you better image quality (and other features) but you need the right lens
