Which flash would be the best value

I am trying to decide on an external flash the 3 i am looking at are as followed:

Canon 430ex II

Sigma ef-610 super

metz 50 af-1

nissian di866(if i can find cheaper)​

Im hovering around the 250 to 280 dollar price range
Which one of these do you think would be the best buy?

if there are any other flashes that would fit in my budget please suggest.
