Which lens should I use for product(purse, about 17"x11"tall) photography for eBay?

I have Canon 50mm F1.8 STM, Sigma 18-35 F1.8, or Canon 70-200 f2.8L IS II.

I'd use the 70-200.

That, to a large extent, will depend on how far away from your subject you are. The 50 might work, although I would probably use something a bit longer. The zoom set to around 100mm maybe.

I'd probably use the 50mm 1.8 but for product photography lighting is most important
