The second is better, but I find the light stand on the left and the cars a distraction. And the angle could be better.
 
You're photographing somebody else's artwork that is painted on the side of a building. Try to make a photograph that either adds to the artwork, or that shows the artwork in a way that is different from what most people see.
 
I agree with both replies... if you find the subject interesting try different ways to bring attention to it... either crop the shot... or try backing out in a different angle and do a long exposure making the cars disappear or try later in the day and let the cars create light effects driving by
