Who is doing total process in Lightroom?

Workflow would be GREATLY appreciated! I just got it and the new CS3 upgrade, and am stoked about the possiblilties of non damaging jpeg workflow, web galleries made easy, and snap fingers batching of actions in formals and so on.

What I did learn to my dismay is that it is absolutely crucial to establish an outline for keyword tags before you start adding them.
