Other than being high noon and sunnier than heck what tips can you all give me for next time this guy crosses the road.

Lol I suppose, it was a closed road so there was no danger in him being hit. Other than obviously scaring him I didn't want to disturb him any.

When you put him back down you must put him down facing the same direction he was facing when you picked him up.

Ok so other than chucking him into the pond he was headed towards after, do you have any tips photographically? lol

Situations like this are why you should always carry a 20 ft by 15 ft diffusion panel. Sure, a 42" 5 in 1 would have worked in this case, but who knows when you will come up to a hippo or something bigger.
