wide angle lens

Looking to start expanding my lenses. I have a d3200 with the kit lenses. I want to get a wide angle zoom/telephoto ideally in the $200 range but would consider up to $300. mainly shooting landscape/cityscapes. Also have seen auxiliary lenses that are screwed onto the front of a lens to increase the zoom or to add fisheye effect for around $20 to $40 bucks on Amazon. Anyone try these?
