I have a Canon Rebel XSi and five lenses. If I upgrade to a 5D Mark II, will I still be able to use all my lenses? These are the ones I have:

Canon 50mm f/1.4
Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L
Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5
Sigma 35mm f/1.4
Sigma 85mm f/1.4

yes, yes, no, yes, yes

Jealous of your gear with or without 5dm2..

Edit: you might be able to mount the wide zoom, but the image won't fill the frame.
It'll do something like this: http://fork.zenfolio.com/img/v0/p595443185-4.jpg

The Sigma 10-20 will work on a full frame Canon, but at pretty much most of the focal length, you'll get the same type of vignetting that you would see in an extremely wide fish eye.

It's an EF mount lens for an APS-C sensor.
