Winter Cold

Well, now that winter is finally here:x i was wondering if there is any precautions i should take before i head out and take some shots in the cold weather? is there any techniques you guys use when photographing out in the snow?

One thing you need to keep in mind is that your lenses will fog up when going from a cold to a warm environment, and wiping will not cure the problem... They must acclimate. So don't leave your camera in your car to freeze...
