Winter in July... Did I make it work?

I was shooting this lovely young lady, and she wanted to model her furry hat and winter coat... It was 95 degrees and sunny but she wanted a winter feel. Between my choice of location, white balance, and post processing, I tried to cool the image off without making the model look blue (or dead). Did I make it work?
