Here are 3 from my new D7000! Winter and Chistmas themed. Comment and criticism are welcome as always.

I was actually really drunk when I took this one and didn't even realize I had taken it until the next day. I was at a New Years Eve party when this was taken. Straight out of the camera.

i really like the one of the fireplace. you love that d7000 dont you ? :D:D

get drunk more often. :greenpbl:

Number one has a bit of a blue haze to it.

Number two is good. Nice lines leading you through the image and good WB.

Number three......awesome. Keep up the drinking !

The two first ones have issues (tint/white balance in first, a bit dull composition in second), but the fireplace is a winner. Perhaps the only thing I'd comment on the fireplace is the lamp to the left, it really doesn't do much for the picture...

Thanks so far guys.

For the first one I put the blue filter on there to give it more of a cool wintery feeling. Snow + a warm feeling just don't really go together, but I will edit with a corrected white balance for you guys.

I wish the second one was darker. Me and my buddy were in a park just waiting for the other bridge down the lake to light up so we could snap some of it. I found the bridge we were on to be more interesting. I have photos of it from different compositions, down off of the side, higher, lower, portrait instead of landscape. This one was the easiest to work with. I will upload another later.

I really do love my D7000, it is honestly such a huge step up from the T2i. Don't get me wrong though, the T2i is a beast in its own sense.

That lamp is the only thing I wish that did not exist in the image. Especially since it is cut off. I wish none of the objects on the left were there, but I am not a magic photoshopper so they will have to remain.

Thank you though, keep it coming please. Let me know what you all think!

So here are some more shots from the same day. Been to re-edit the ones from before. If anyone wants to go ahead and edit them, go for it.

Yes I know the white balance is off. I prefer it with the cooler colors.
