The current model of the Ricoh GR is simply called that - Ricoh GR.

However, historically this is the Ricoh GR Digital V, which is why many people call it the "GRD5".

This is my wishlist for a GRD6:

- no change in core concept (28mm equiv prime lens, unobtrusive small compact, extreme image quality, great controls, one handed operation, great grip)
- no growth in size
- weather sealing
- dual card slots with backup option
- optical stabilization
- curved sensor (Sony) for higher image quality and brighter optics
- builtin ND filter (especially if brighter optics are implemented)
- separate phase sensor like the Ricoh GR Digital IV (seriously, why was that dropped in the first place ?!?)
- EVF, which would go upward (since there is other way to get an EVF and keep the monitor).
- EVF has very high eyepoint so people can use it as a waist level viewfinder (kind of like a Hassleblad etc)
- Fuji X10/X20/X30 like handdriven popup of the lens; silent autofocus motor
- Manual focus control on lens itself
- full frame or at leat APS-H
- filter thread on lens.
- monochrome version (with a green filter instead of the ND filter)
