Within 30 feet of an Osprey

I heard an Osprey calling outside my window. I didn't expect him to be RIGHT THERE. I wasn't able to get a very good shot on him, but it was still really cool to be that close to it!

Really neat when you can get this close to them. Good shots, but another angle would be good as well.

All the best and I would just love to see those Osprey's.

I would have loved a different angle. This is all I could do from my balcony at the beach. Since I wasn't expecting this to happen, I wasn't prepared. First shot is through the screen. When he stayed for a couple minutes, I took the screen out for the second shot.

They are Lightning rod brushes on the top of the condo.
This guy kept flapping his wings and chirping.
There were 3 of them that were hanging around the beach complex all week, pretty exciting stuff since I don't see this stuff in Atlanta.
