Honestly? Most of the shot is approximately the same shade of grey, except for the Mini and the (much larger) bus, so me eye goes to the front of the bus. From there, the first detail I notice is actually your watermark. Good job getting the 'o' to line up with the Mercedes emblem.

i wanted that bus alone in full screen and doubtless my attention was locked on that lady sitting in the bus

If possible trim the bus and post that; i think you will get much appreciation

my eyes were drawn to the reflections on the windshield of the bus. I had to look for the driver and watermark. Interesting 3 people see 3 different things.

perhaps a closer crop of the bus would help. Most of the contrast is of the same shade making for a bland feeling.
