Working 9 to 5??

Well, actually it was more like 5 to 9. The weather has been superb for my Easter vacation so I got up early for the sunrise and then went back to get the sunset. Location is Bratley View, New Forest

That is unreal! Great shot. I really like the first one. And I think the second one would have looked better without the log, IMO

Not sure about that, but part of my reasoning for these excursions is to find a few locations that are 'sort-of' on my way to/from work and to see if any would make good spots for the meet-up. Bratley View is certainly a possibility. It's a minute or so (by car) from the Bolderwood carpark, so there is open heathland, a lake, some interesting lone trees and the mature trees of bolderwood all within striking distance. Adam Burton has quite a few images from this area on his website.
