WTB Powerful Strobe (under$400)

Well I am in the market for a cheep but powerful strobe. I need one to pump light into a gym ceiling for when I shoot indoors. So I dont know exactly how many watt seconds I need but I have 300-400 bucks to spend.

I have access to a power outlet so I wont be needing any battery packs. So post em' if you have one your willing to sell!
