Yesterdays sunset

What do you think of these? I made some slight tone curve and shadow adjustments only.

Bottom cropped out as per Bencos' suggestion.

I like the first, it's got a peaceful feel to it. The second doesn't work for me, there's some very nice colour and cloud texture going on but the setting sun and the line of black horizon draw my eyes down...thud...to the bottom of the photo.

I see what you mean. I was trying to give the sun location a reference. I'll crop it out.

You need the clouds and colour from number 2 in the first photo.

You're right, but those colors didn't show till the sun was about to go below the horizon.
