Did you consider cropping/cloning the second OOF bird from the image ?

And probably that one stray twig

TBH I prefer the original one, and besides what's Yin without Yang?

But your edit does look nice if the aim is to highlight only the second one.

Absolutely stunning, magic shot and timing. I must admit the first thing that went through my head is that sky colour. Any chance you can turn that blue, that would be darn near perfect !! Love the look and the colours of those beautiful birds, what an angle and dive, well caught.

All the best Judi, great feeling in this with the OOF bird in the background, love it.

Wow, I didn't even notice how purple it was yesterday but... wow lol I gave a go at fixing it, I didn't want the sky really blue but rather more of a neutral which is where I ended up getting in trouble apparently lol it isn't as noticeable to me against my editor bg and black but put it on white and holy purple! lol

Don actually I did think about taking the other guy out as an option, I was trying to get a vertical composition out of it and it just plain doesn't work with both of them in there, it is too wide and they start to get lost in the expanse, I may give a try at getting that portrait composition but I don't think it works as a landscape. Thanks for taking the time for the edit!
