Yongnuo YN622C-TX with a Yongnuo YN622C II E-TTl a Godox V860IIc flash and a Canon5D MIV

Long title. I need some help with this combination. I have used this flash off camera with a soft box firing in manual mode so I could control the flash power. I went to use the flash again and can not get it to fire in manual mode. I power up the flash and the power I set shows up on the screen of the flash and I can change it but the flash will not fire. I tried it in the TTL mode and it fires. The channel and the group are the same on controller and the transceiver. I do not what I may have hit to change the operation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
