I have a canon PowerShot S45 digi camera, and i was wondering if there was anyway to rig a fish eye or wide angle lens for it somehow...obviously it wouldn't screw on like more SLR camera lenses, but i would still love to have one to use, even if i had to sort of hold it on there... anyone ever do this? Thanks

canon makes add on lenses for it, you also need an adapter which cannon makes

ooohhhh i found something good for those with S45's, S50's...

here's an adaptor that allows you to use 37mm filters:

...and here's a page with a bunch of lenses and filters...and some of the lenses work with a 37mm filter mount (which is exactly what the adaptor above is):

looks like i might have to do some purchasing :)
