nop, that's grass and twighs from the park grounds, and the big one is a weed.

I think some dope left the sprinklers on and we had a very cold night

This one's an enormous sight! I have never seen anything like that before and was wondering earlier on even why the water could build up like this (like stalactites in caverns) and form "reversed icicles" ... "sprinkler on", that explains it. That same sprinkler might well be frozen now, too.
