Finally, HELP me with PTF?

I have had no luck up-loading files. I always get an error page that says I do not have permission. I've sent various emails to the PTF and get no response, even after a few months. I even paid for a 3 month membership, and still I have no permissions. What gives?

As for paid memberships...those are processed manually so it may take a day or two. If you are still having problems, send a PM to Chase

Thanks Big Mike. Very helpful. Just so that you know, I did search for this info on TPF. Not sure why I missed it.

We are trying to think of way to make it more prominent...so don't feel bad for missing it.

A suggestion to make it more prominent: What about putting it as part of the "welcome to the forum" e-mail? Even just as a link to the full info...
