Flowers in the Andes

How does this look? Something about it seems off to me, but nonetheless i like it.

Taken 4100 meters up in the Andes.

Looks to me like it is underexposed. Perhaps you metered for the sky and it left the flowers too dark. Also, I would have not cut off the second flower at its base. That might be OK for a field of flowers but with only two in your frame.... You also have a very small DOF pretty much focused on a few petals in the left flower. I would have increased my aperture to have both in focus. The OOF background would still help draw the eye to your flowers.
