Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Ok so I'm pretty new to video, but I love what I've messed around with so far.

My question is now I'm wanting to be able to edit my videos and add special effects/cuts, etc. I'm a pretty well minded PC user so I think I could adapt to just about any program out there.

So what do you guys use/recommend that is a pretty good video editor (hopefully under $200) that has a lot of flexibility and what not?

You should probably ask your questions on a video web site.

The vast majority of the stuff here is still photography.

Welcome to the forum. I am also a video editor. I use Final Cut Pro but there are tons of others out there.
I recommend going here to get much help from a wide variety of people on video stuff. It is a real name forum so it really helps weed out trolls and such if you are really wanting to get into it.

For pc users I recommend Pinnacle Studio. I teach a class in editing using Studio and beginners pick it up pretty fast.
Be prepared to buy some more hard drive space if you are serious about getting into video. Video eats up storage like you wouldn't believe.

A starting point for you might be Premiere Elements. Take a look at it.
