K8, your tech is very nice. I am going to try a combo of mine and yours, dailing down mine and using more of yours. I think that will give a more natural look like you guys are saying.

That looks good but something funky has happened to the piece of hair across her forehead.

I think this looks a bit better....

Adjusted levels and curves, ran with the "Pro Retouch", and then a bit of a soft glow technique.

Really, I think this pic just needs to be reshot if possible. (no offense) It's just tough to work with as it is. All the retouches have looked a bit better, but I don't think that any of them are exactly flattering.
