Removing objects in PSE7

Got PS elements 7 for Xmas.
Trying to remove objects.
Watched a tutorial on it and still can't
grasp it.
Help or link much appreciated.

when you say "remove" do you mean get rid of like something distracting or unattractive? that would commonly be called cloning

sootry searching photoshop elements cloning or something like that in google and you should find plenty of results.

if that's not what your talkingabout then i'm totally lost

It depends on what you're trying to remove. Sometimes a technique that works on one image doesn't work so well on another. Can you post the image?
