Random Tips:
Try to think about the composition of what you are photographing. Frame in camera to try to get rid of unwanted or annoying things. Take pictures from different angles than you would normally see them, because that adds interest to the picture. Try to make sure that your photos aren't back-focused.

Another tip: People here will be far more likely to look at and critique your photos if you embed them directly in the thread. Most people won't take the time to look through your flickr.
