Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hey guys, iv been doing recreational photography for a few years, but never for money. I'm thinking about shooting an upcoming wedding for a friend. I have never given photos before, just shared them online as Jpegs. I plan on having custom engraved USB drives made to put the photos on, for a nice presentation. My question is, can i save photos as PNG to put onto the flash drive after i edit the RAW photos? or is it best to put them onto the flash drive as Jpeg? or any other file type for that matter. Thanks a lot!

For Photos, JPEG is better than PNG in terms of image compression. You will see banding when you compress more in PNG format. However, for graphics especially web based graphics such as logo and stuff, PNG is better. If you need transparent background graphics, you need either PNG or GIF.
