Has anyone else used them? I'm currently transferring out a domain to a new account at Bluehost. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from 1and1 that could provide me some useful information. Every time they transfer me to someone new on the phone they hangup or somehow lose me? Their support teams never email me back after 3 emails and I about had it with 1and1. I think they are the worst (imo) that I ever had to deal with. No customer support what so ever. Meanwhile on bluehost, they have the most resources from their employees and are actually useful and quick to respond!

I've never had any problems with 1and1, but I've only had to call them twice. Let us know how Bluehost works out!

I have three domains and 3 different accounts with Bluehost. I love their customer support and their services never once had a problem with them.

I have my personal account, dads account, and a local business account with them. They are perfect for what I need. I just wish I could get my old domain transferred out from 1and1 to my dads account. They won't reply but I need to contact them to verify I want to let it go.
