I wish my shots were this sharp.

These are hand held which mean a lot of shots went in the bit bucket particularly when shooting the heavy D7200 and Sigma C

A bit, I usually do. I just do it for my own enjoyment until I like what I see on my monitor. Recently I have started using Topaz DeNoise AI which does a good job for me then run it through a Smart Sharpen or Unsharp process. These had Unsharp done maybe 30% after Topaz.

Yes I use Topaz as well good software.
