These are some more pictures from the set I posted a couple of days ago of my 4 year old niece! C&C please! Was criticized earlier about her being too "modely" and her being only 4 and I don't think that's the case. She just has a good photographic face

I love the one with the bubbles; very cute idea! I also like 7, but wish you hadn't cropped her arm & skateboard.

#1 eyes are way oversharpened...

#2 skin tones are terrible.. highlights are terrible.

#3 cute.. but highlights on cheeks a bit much.. as is saturation

#4 cute.. would have been nice if you had gotten all of her in the shot.. instead of cutting her in half.

#5 cute, but framed too tight...

#6.. best of the bunch.... only keeper, IMO!

Several of these look like they were severely underexposed, and you brought them back in post... not very well though...

Well think what you might, but IMO I'm in agreement that a 4 year old striking poses doesn't make for a great photo. Have her act like a kid! Not what she sees on TV. Thats why 4 is the best out of the set, dispute some technical problems.

Is she wearing an adult shirt tied around her torso? I don't care for that nor the tie on her head. In all honesty, though you may feel they are "cute", none of them are flattering to her. The bubbles one is unique- maybe reshoot that and let her hold a bubble wand?

Slow down and get your exposure and white balance correct in camera and that will help.

Yeah the over saturation is a bit much and effecting her skin tone and details of the face. You cant push photos of people too far.

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate the feedback! I will work on slowing down and getting the technical part better. I think I feel rushed with kids to make sure to get the cute face or something lol! Thanks again!
