2nd time testing my softbox outside

Just testing it out on my friend. I only used this once before and I only had like 15 mins to setup before the sun went down which it did as you can see in the photo. Would like some C&C please.

seems like you missed the focus on the subject.

At what power was the flash fired? And what softbox? I've been looking to get one

I think i was doing landscape earlier and I set it to infinity and forgot to refocus on him and it was really dark haha. So i think thats why I missed focus. I set the power on the flash to 1/32 and it was a lasolite 24 inch softbox

The shadows sure are hard edged, must be a small softbox. Edit: Yep, I see now it's 24".

Is that a huge booger there in his left nostril?

Good exposure though.
