What's new

A couple of photos C&C if you may

Bump.My background should be here Tomm- so I can practice with my daughter. I'm on vaca for the rest of the week. Fun times :-)

I dont know if its Photobucket or my eyes are playing tricks on me...On my actual file viewing, the image doesn't appear as cold ( for lack of better words) as whats showing.
That is an indication that you are using the wrong colorspace. Probably Adobe RGB or ProPhoto. For viewing on the internet and printing with most labs you need to produce your final product in sRGB
Thank you very much.
I checked the exif and it said RBG so I'm assuming it's the adobe RBG.
Be careful assuming.

RGB is a color model that has many different color spaces: sRGB, Adobe RGB, Monitor RGB, ProPhoto RGB, Apple RGB, Gloria RGB, scRGB, ROMM RGB......

If you have not set the gamma for your computer display (or calibrated it's color output), that is what is likely making the photos look dark on Photobucket.

Many, many people have their display turned up way to bright, because they have a lot of ambient light shining on it.

In short the darkening and color shifts are more likely caused at your end than at Photobucket.
