Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
The wife enlisted me to take some pictures for Christmas cards and these were the result. I am not overly thrilled with the one where the girls are together. I had a hard time nailing the exposure to keep them both in focus. I do like how the other ones turned out though. I may have been over aggressive on the PP as well, so looking for any suggestions to improve these.

Thanks in advance.

I like them smiling better also. It is tough to get the to smile all the time though. I guess they are my little models in the making. Ha ha.

I think they are all great pictures.... But I don't think any of them look very "Christmasy"

Just absolute fabulous lighting on these darlins!
Spot on focus, I think with a slight desaturation these are all framers.Last is adorable. Little heavy on the cyan, but lessing that will be a beauty.

I think if I got 3 or 4 as a Christmas card, I'd probably cry! She looks like she's gonna bust into tears in #4.

I do think that the focus and lighting looks great, though. I also like the vibrant colors here!

What kind of Christmas card are you guys doing? Just the photo or some kind of frame?

Holy Velvia look Batman! The girls are adorable, and their clothes are cute too, but the color saturation looks to me like it might run out of gamut when printed out. The lighting on shots 2 and 3 is really nice. The expression in #4 is cute in the forlorn, mercurial little child way.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

@mohaimenk - I adjusted levels / vibrance / color balance in cs4 until I got something that looked reasonable.

@boomn4x4 - I agree that they are not real "christmas" looking. I have been trying to convince my wife for ages to not take the kids to a studio for yearly pictures of the little ones, this may help in the lobbying. Having said that, I am not a huge fan of traditional Christmas pictures (red, green, snow, christmas lights etc.

@sisco - Thanks for the feedback, I agree on the saturation issue. I got a little carried away, but should be able to pull it back no problem.

@Derrel - I was hoping you would chime in and figured you would like the sad little Sadie picture the most. I enjoy reading all your comments and contributions to the forum and really appreciate your insight.
