Took Vicky & Noah out to see the Lovell Radio Telescope at Jodrell Bank last weekend.

1/ The Lovell Radio Telescope, or as Vicky called it "the big satellite dish"!

2/ Noah didn't like the cold wind!

3/ Lovells Flower (a bit of PS)

Heyyy, nice series! Great to see Noah and Vicky, and that is one honking big 'satellite dish' (*giggle*).

Where abouts is that dish located as it would be an awsome location for some sunset/sunrise pics with the thing backlit!

It's Jodrell Bank Observatory in Cheshire between Holmes Chapel and Chelford.

The sunset thing is very hit & miss since the dish rotates and I have yet to see it in a good position for a sunset shot!
