Was asked to do a session for a little girl who was getting baptized into the LDS religion. Although it is a very dominant religion her in Utah, it isn't a session I am usually asked to do. It turned out beautiful!

8. A quote taken from a LDS General Conference. I felt it fit very nicely with this shot, mom LOVED it! I also have the shot without the haze and words in case anyone is concerned!

I'm thinking my skin tone on #2 isn't as warm as the rest of the set. I'll have a fix at that in the morning!

I think #6 is simply OUTSTANDING! The rest are quite, quite lovely as well, but that one--just wonderfully executed! Good shootin!

Thanks Derrel, that was my fave as well. Though, as I'm looking, I'm a little bugged by her ear. I might edit it out. Mom was very concerned about if the bow was going to make her ears stand out . . .

#6 is fantastic! #4 would have been my favorite if there was more light provided in front of the individual but I do love the light hitting the back. Great job!

6 is great, but 5 said a lot to me and was my favorite. Walking into the woods in innocence with nothing at her back but the bible kinda thing?

Beautiful little girl, too.

Thank you! The lighting was fantastic there, enough trees to filter the sun, and the sun was soft enough that it just gave off a gorgeous color. I've gone back to that location a few times since then! I think a could have placed the reflector a little closer for more light on her face, It was tricky controlling the whites on the dress, so I kept it pretty distant from her!

Thank you! That's exactly the feel I was going for on that image, I'm glad it came across the way I envisioned it!

They're gorgeous!
They'd make great stock images for the Mormon church!

Awesome pics! What size is the reflector you used?

That is in the process right now! They have a website that photographer's can submit work. I've got mom signing the release forms this afternoon!

They are all great ...I like #7, her smile is so wonderful.
