here are a few pictures I got in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago.

the power wires are a bummer in this one but it was hard to avoid them!

The second one also works for me. It has a nice composition and the yellow lights on black background works well to bring out the tower's sightlines.

On a weekday in Vegas it not that hard to set uo a tripod. I saw even model shots on teh street.

these are handheld with my small digital camera, the Canon SD110. They turned out really well. I wasn't in a sober state either if you know what I mean :lol:

Technically good photos!

Personally I think "Old Town" (Freemont st,etc) is much more photogenic. We have been going to Vegas for years. We rarely head for the strip. The last time I was in New york, New york I saw someone wearing sweat pants and a t shirt. AGGGHHH!!!
