I took these photos when I traveled to Paris and wondering who she is.

These photos were taken in the middle of 1990s when I was traveling to France. Now I'd like to tag the photos but can not remember the location clearly.
If the recollection is not wrong, they were taken on Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Paris when she was filmed by a crew. For a movie or commercial, it was not known.
Does anyone know who she is?
Can anyone confirm whether it was on Avenue des Champs-Élysées?
Does anyone recognize the shop? It looks like a souvenir shop. Did anyone see the chairs before?
