A once familiar scene

What do you think of this picture? Crappy work best characterized as a "blooper"?

the colors are great, but something that bothers me about this shot. none of it is realy in focus or sharp. what is the equipment you are using?

i like the image and will guess it was taken a while ago.

No special equipment, I pointed my camera and clicked on the button, and walked away. So it basically was a random shot. I agree there're too many elements in the picture; the focus is at a loss. My concern is: despite that, is there a harmony for the draw? Much much less ably done than Lee Friedlander's street scene I would say.
