A portrait in an alley

I recently tried Lightroom 5 and as my camera is broken now I processed some of the pictures I had made before. How do you think this photo looks natural or I should process portraits less intensive?

slightly less saturation I feel would suit it better other than that seems fine, blacks are black whites are white so your tone is perfect, with your composition the top of the head blends in with the darkness of the leaves of the tree in the back, but there is more than enough draw to the face.
Not really a fault with the image, just keep it up
