A really crummy photo of a woodpecker, but would like an ID.

The light conditions were really bad for my camera in this, so it is not a keeper in any way. But what kind of Woodpecker is it?

Red bellied, yes. I haven't been able to get a good pic of one. They're very skiddish.

He was very photogenic, which is a first for me and Woodpeckers. But It is very very densely wooded there, and it was quite dark in the trees, with a very bright sky. So there was no way this photo was going to turn out. He sure was cute to watch though! :)
