Cool. I feel like I've been taken on a very short tour of this marrakesh place.
About #2. Was everything that you made bw originally that brown/tan color that seems to be dominant in the rest of the photos? I might like to see it with that.
I really like the dust around the donkey. Actually, I really like all of them.
Why do those guys have cow feet?

#2. Well.... that the clothes follow the line of the wall? That the lady laid out her laundry tubs way neater than I would have? The water(?) on the ground? That shes got some ridiculously awesome bright clothes on the line?

What? Are we missing something super obvious?

thanks for your comments abbyrose. the cows feet?? for food in african countries. that was taken in a market.
as for the washing line, it was taken in RAW so colour originally. i did the adjustments in raw then opened in CS5. Converted to mono with a Black white adjustment layer after boosting the saturation in the entire pic , inverting it and painting back in the buckets etc to get them saturated. then i just painted the colour bits back in from the mono layer with a mask. to finish i got the woman from a pic i took a few days before in a crowded market square, converted her to mono and adjusted the exposure on her, moved her into the pic and shrank her to suit the size.

Well she looks (to me) like she belongs there.

How does one eat cow feet? In a soup? But wouldnt boiling them make glue or something? Seems awfully sticky.

no idea, we do have 'trotters' here in the uk but i believe that is pigs feet.
