Went out and shot an old farm that's behind my subdivision. This was my first time back there, I need to go back in the fall / winter where there's less foilage so I can take a peek into the buildings. I think this used to be a horse track.

Too many images on which to provide specific critique, however in general, I think there's HUGE potential, especially for interior shots.

To me, 5 was the only one that stood out a little bit, even 8 if what was in the tree was different yeah it could be a good shot. However that spot has good potential and you could get some really good shots. Keep on keepin on and get out there as often as possible.

I like 6 and 9 the best. There's a huge track of land that we bike on and there is a barn that looks exactly like this.

Thanks. I know there's definitely some overexposure going on (I started another thread on overexposure and the 50D). It's been insanely hot here in Cincinnati and I shot these at about 7p when it was still 90 degrees and I was sweating like mad. I was rushing a bit because this is a huge piece of property and I wanted to see it all before it got too dark. There are 3 barns and 2 houses, not including the shed in #4. So I'll definitely go back when it's not as hot and I have more time. And like I said, once the leaves fall I should be able to get closer and hopefully even go in some of the buildings (I would have needed a chainsaw just to get to the front door of the houses, lol)

Ever heard of "Blair Witch Project"?

That's a good question on what the property is worth. There's a ton of land. I think the developer of my sub may have purchased it, as supposedly there's plans to expand our sub back there.
