Adding my logo to my images

Hi I had a logo made--I have elements9--is there anyway I can use this program to place my logo on my images??

Yes, you need to make the background transparent. I haven't used Elements to do this in a while so I can't remember exactly how. I think you could also make custom a brush in Elements and paint it in. Google....Elements 9 watermark and you should find many articles.
