Advice on bar/club shots with no flash.

Yeah, random girls my friends said I worked for some local magazine because I had my N80..


These are no flash, N80 50mm Nikor, 200iso Fuji.


Well those pics really are not that bad but I have problems with some ending up with much grain or blue.
