Thanks so much all Her Momma is a German Shepard and they think Dad is a Lab cross. Mom was a rescue, she was emaciated when they got her and they didn't know she was pregnant, must have happened just before they got her. I'm not sure where the brindle comes from, she was the only one, the others were tan with black snout and one lab colours and a white crest on the chest.

Unfortunately photo's are suspended for a couple days. We had our first puppy faux pas this morning, she was quite excited to say good morning and got her big paws going.... right into my eye as I opened it, she scratched the cornea right across the center so my vision is nice and blurry, ouch! Sunglasses and some meds and puppy kisses for the next few days while it heals.

Puppies are famous for that behavior.

One thing I did with my Ruby is NO lovin' unless she's sitting. Helps a lot with the jumping up.
